Otomo Nobu, Castle Steward
Descrição
Nobu is ruthless and ambitious but hides it well. He was in charge of the castle for months before the new lord’s appointment and grew accustomed to power. He knows Jikai’s superior thinks little of the daimyō, and has convinced himself that if he gets Jikai out of the way, he will be made daimyō in his place. The PCs might ally with him to help the villagers in the short term, but the steward reveals his true nature as soon as he gains the power he desires.
