Koryusai wears his black hair in the high bun of a court functionary and sports a delicately manicured goatee. His angular face matches his tall, lithe figure, and his long fingers have the look of a musician’s—or master calligrapher's. He has been through a great deal, and already carries the weight of too many sorrows on his shoulders. He continues to serve and fulfill his duties as best he can, but the whole exercise seems hollow without Hatsuhina at his side. Sensitive PCs can tell that he is broken and is in desperate need of someone who can tell him that his life is still worth living––that he can find happiness amid all the heartache.
