The GM is the players’ guide to Rokugan, helping their characters maneuver and act within the story. The rules of the game are tools for the GM and players to help give structure and a sense of order to these interactions. The following section provides guidance on how best to use many of these rules to enrich the narrative and keep the game running smoothly, along with some additional details for social attributes (see page 300).
