Horse Whisperer
WaterDescrição
The unity of horse and rider is the ideal state between the samurai and their steed, relying on the mutual trust and genuine respect each has developed for the other. The rider who exemplifies this knows that their horse is not a mere mode of transportation, but a comrade-- in-arms, a friendship that ultimately culminates in one becoming an extension of the other.
Regras
- Ativação
As a Support action, you may make a Courtesy (Water) or Survival (Water) check targeting a horse or other equine creature that can see or hear you and trusts you. The TN of this check is the target’s vigilance.
- Efeitos
If you succeed, you make a wordless request to the target, which they comprehend and are compelled to fulfill. If what they are doing is helpful to your action or to another character’s action, that action counts as having assistance. You cannot request something impossible for the target to accomplish. You may put them in harm’s way, but if they become injured or harmed, it breaks the trust, and they become immune to this shūji.
Novas oportunidades
- : Give the target the Loyal Steed ability—it can be ridden by a human-sized (silhouette 2 or lower) rider— until the end of the scene.
