Habilidade de título
Meishōdō Secrets
You are learned in the Way of Names and can wield the sorcerous art called meishōdō. In addition to the new options this grants you in Otherworldly Encounters (see page 125), this title ability lets you sustain one meishōdō talisman of your own creation. If you create a second meishōdō talisman, you must choose one of the two talismans and release the spirit within it.

Descrição
When Iuchi set out from Rokugan, he discovered that spirits of other lands had different values, desires, and observable traits than the spirits of his homeland of Rokugan. However, despite these spirits’ wide variety of natures and properties—they could be anything from ancestral spirits to cosmic guardians to diabolical tricksters—all of them seemed to have one thing in common: a true name. With this name, Iuchi could not merely request a spirit’s attention but demand it. He could not only make contracts with a spirit but wield its power as his own or bind the spirit within a talisman.
For a people constantly on the move, like Iuchi’s, this method made it possible to bring spiritual power with them wherever they went on their long journeys. A master of meishōdō can invoke spirits in more traditional ways, via offerings and contracts, when they desire to, relying on their training in the Way of Names only when dealing with especially dangerous beings. Most hold the use of true names in reserve, for few spirits like to be commanded, and sealed or not, an angry spirit poses a threat that can last generations.
While meishōdō was not the only sorcerous art Iuchi mastered, it was surely the greatest achievement that he passed down to the Unicorn Clan. While only a few in Rokugan have had a chance to learn Iuchi’s method, it can be taught to those willing to learn it.
