You are infamous among the residents of a particular city (chosen with the GM). People within this city resist cooperating with you and may actively hinder your activities within the city.
When performing a check to gain assistance or cooperation from a resident of the city that despises you (such as a Courtesy [Water] check to learn the latest sake house rumors or a Commerce [Water] check to purchase goods within the city), you must choose and reroll two dice showing or results. After resolving the check, if you failed, you regain 1 Void point.
