Descrição
The use of black powder is strictly regulated in the Empire of Rokugan. While fireworks and certain demolitions are permitted, Imperial decree forbids this powder’s use in weaponry or sieges. The Ganzu people are not bound by such decrees, deploying the fire lance as a means to defend the Sand Road from afar and as a cavalry countermeasure. In its most rudimentary form, the fire lance is a straight-flying firework attached to a polearm, but more advanced versions—like those with metal barrels or that fire pellets—are becoming more common.
The fire lance is a polearm when used as such. While its wielder is aiming the rocket, it counts as a ranged weapon.
